Russian Services in One Window

Most messenger aggregators were built with the international market in mind, and their ready-made integrations cover WhatsApp, Telegram and Slack — but not VKontakte, MAX or Yandex Mail. Yet for many users in Russia and the CIS, those exact services make up the bulk of their work and personal correspondence. Here's how to bring them together.

Which services you can combine

  • VKontakte. Personal messages and work communities on VKontakte open as a separate tab with its own session and sign-in, isolated from every other service.
  • MAX. You can check MAX's web version alongside your other services. Which specific features are available depends on the web client itself.
  • Yandex Mail and Yandex Disk. Work email on Yandex and files on Yandex Disk stay within reach next to your messengers, instead of sitting in a separate browser window.
  • Odnoklassniki. If you run communities or correspondence on Odnoklassniki, it's added the same way — via a direct link to its web version.

Why this deserves its own approach

  • Check the catalog for the services you need. What's in the catalog changes over time. Check the specific product: whether it has a ready-made icon, whether you can add its official address manually, and whether notifications work. A name missing from the catalog doesn't always mean it's incompatible.
  • Any site can be added manually. Centrio isn't limited to a fixed list — you can add an official address through "Add your own service." Sign-in, access and notifications need to be checked for that specific site.
  • Combined notifications for every service. The unread badge on the tray icon counts messages from VKontakte, MAX and everything else together — no need to check each browser tab in turn.

Frequently asked questions

Is MAX in the list of ready-made messengers, or do I need to add it manually?

First check whether MAX is already in your version's catalog. If it isn't listed, use the official web version's address through "Add your own service" and check sign-in and notifications.

Is it safe to sign into VKontakte and MAX in the same app as my work messengers?

Every added service gets its own separate session for its sign-in data. That helps keep accounts apart, but overall security also depends on the app, how well your computer is protected, and your organization's own rules.

Can I use both international and Russian services at the same time?

Yes, there's no restriction on combining services — WhatsApp, Telegram, VKontakte, MAX and Yandex Mail can all sit in one app at once, grouped into folders if you need that.
