What you need to use MAX on a computer
MAX runs on a phone, and on a computer you can open its web version. To sign in you need a phone that already has MAX installed: you confirm the sign-in from it in the web version, usually with a QR code or a code from a message.
In Centrio, MAX is already in the service catalog, so there is nothing separate to download.
How to add MAX to Centrio
- Open Centrio and click "+" in the sidebar.
- Choose MAX in the service catalog.
- Scan the QR code on the screen with your phone, or enter the code as MAX itself suggests.
- Wait for the chats to load. The sign-in is kept: you will not need to sign in again on the next launch.
Each tab has its own isolated session, so MAX does not mix with other messengers or accounts.
Notifications and quick reply
Turn on notifications in MAX itself and in Centrio under Settings → Notifications. New messages arrive as pop-ups and the unread counter appears on the tab.
You can reply right from the notification: click "Reply…", type your text and press Enter. It works the same way as for Telegram and WhatsApp.

If you write in several messengers at once, keep them on one screen. Sort them into folders such as "Work", "Family", "Clients". Ctrl+1…9 switches tabs in the order they appear in the sidebar. If you need two chats in view at once, use split screen.

If MAX does not open or will not let you in
- Check your internet connection and reload the tab.
- Make sure MAX on your phone is up to date: old versions may not confirm the sign-in.
- If sign-in asks for a code rather than a QR, pick the method you need in MAX itself.
- If nothing helps, write to support from the app: the support icon in the sidebar.
