How to add it in 5 steps
- Check Pro and open "Add messenger". Adding your own web address is a Pro feature. The add button is in the sidebar, in the same place you'd pick a service from the built-in catalog.
- Choose "Add custom". At the bottom of the add-service window there's a separate option for a custom address — no need to search the list if the service isn't in it.
- Enter the site's address. Enter the service's full URL, including the protocol (https://) — the same way you'd type it into a browser's address bar.
- Set a name and icon. The tab's name and icon are fully customizable — useful when the site itself doesn't have a memorable icon in the browser.
- Save — the tab is ready. The new service appears in the sidebar alongside the rest, with full session isolation and a shared notification badge if the site supports it.
Where this actually comes in handy
- Corporate CRMs and internal portals: systems built for a specific company and not available in a public service catalog get added exactly like a regular messenger.
- Niche messengers and marketplace chats: built-in chats on freelance platforms, or messengers built for a specific industry — check sign-in and feature compatibility in their own tab.

FAQ
Can I add literally any site as a tab?
Practically any site that opens in a normal browser can be added manually. There can be limits from corporate sign-in, permissions, engine compatibility or a service's own policy. An app tab is not the same thing as an iframe, so a simple explanation via embedding headers isn't the whole story.
Will notifications work for a custom site?
If the site uses standard browser web notifications or updates the tab title on new messages, Centrio generally recognizes that the same way it does for services from the built-in catalog.
Can I add the same custom site more than once, under different accounts?
Yes — every added tab gets its own isolated session, whether the service came from the catalog or was entered manually.
Testing your own service
Start with the official HTTPS address and a test sign-in. Check file upload, an outbound link, sign-out and restart. If corporate authentication is required, don't try to bypass the provider's restrictions.
A custom site may lack a recognizable unread counter or web notifications. Adding the URL by itself doesn't create an integration — trigger a test event and check the badge separately from any pop-up notification.
