Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Kozlovsky Artem Sergeevich (Russian Federation, OGRNIP 326508100200742, TIN 501908743800; “Centrio”, “we”) handles personal data when you use the Centrio desktop app and the centrio.me website (the “Service”). We act as the data controller. We process personal data in line with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ and, for people in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the GDPR / UK GDPR to the extent they apply.

1. Data we process

  • Account data: email address, name and avatar (from you or from Google / Yandex sign-in), a bcrypt hash of your password (we cannot read your password).
  • Service data: the list of services you connect (names and URLs only), folders and settings you sync, subscription status, app version and operating system, sign-in dates, and time spent in the app and in each service (by service name, never content).
  • Technical data: IP address, user agent and a pseudonymous device identifier, used for security and abuse prevention.
  • Payments: we never see card numbers; we receive only the fact, amount, date and status of a payment from the payment provider.
  • Support: messages you send to support and our replies.
  • Team accounts: members’ emails, assigned services, “read / unread” status and tasks. The organisation owner can see these; message content is never transmitted to us or to the owner.

What we do not collect: the content of your chats in connected messengers, their passwords or sessions, or files on your device. Messenger sessions stay on your device.

2. Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the Service (account, sync, team features, support) — performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Payments and invoicing — contract and legal obligations (accounting law), Art. 6(1)(b), (c).
  • Security, abuse prevention and diagnostics — our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f).
  • Website analytics (Yandex Metrica) — your consent or your right to opt out, see “Cookies” below; Art. 6(1)(a) / (f) as applicable.
  • Service e-mails (verification, security, receipts) — contract; marketing e-mails are sent only with your consent.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising profiling and do not make decisions with legal effect based solely on automated processing. Optional AI features (assistant, automated support replies) send the text you submit to those features to our AI provider to produce an answer.

3. Recipients and international transfers

Our servers are located in the Russian Federation (Saint Petersburg). We share data only with processors needed to run the Service: hosting provider; YooKassa (payments); NOWPayments (crypto payments, only if you choose it); Resend (transactional e-mail, USA); Google (sign-in with Google, USA); Yandex (sign-in with Yandex ID and Yandex Metrica, Russia); Telegram (internal notifications and support threads); and our AI provider. Authorities receive data only on a lawful, specific request.

Because we are established in Russia, data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an EU adequacy decision. Where required, we rely on the necessity of the transfer to perform our contract with you (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR) and on your explicit consent given at registration (Art. 49(1)(a)). Some recipients above are also located in third countries. You can ask us for details at privacy@centrio.me.

4. Retention

We keep account data while your account exists. When you delete the account or withdraw consent, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (for example payment records for accounting). Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve and document the request.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website uses strictly necessary cookies (keeping you signed in, payment form). It also uses Yandex Metrica, including session replay (Webvisor) and click maps, which set cookies and receive your IP address, browser data and on-page actions. You can opt out at any time with the choice in the cookie banner; opting out switches the counter off and removes its cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser.

The desktop app does not use tracking cookies. Messengers you open inside the app set their own cookies in their isolated sessions; these belong to those third-party services.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to: give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and give you a portable copy; you can withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect earlier processing). Write to privacy@centrio.me from the address of your account; we reply within one month (10 working days under Russian law, extendable). You may also complain to your data protection authority or to Roskomnadzor.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for people under 14 (or under the age of digital consent in your country, if higher). If we learn we hold such data without proper consent, we delete it.

8. Changes and contact
