How to read these percentages
This is data Centrio has published about active accounts, not a market-share ranking of messengers in general. One account can use several services, so the percentages don't have to add up to 100%.
A reproducible estimate would need an exact observation window, a definition of an active account, and a sample size. Those details aren't published yet, so treat these percentages as a rough guide to Centrio's own audience rather than something you can extrapolate to all users everywhere.

How the ranking is calculated
The ranking is based on real usage statistics from active Centrio accounts: the percentage of users who have a given service added. Multiple tabs of the same service for one user (for example, a second Telegram account) are counted once. No personal data is collected or shared with third parties. As the user base grows, these statistics will be updated monthly.
