How to combine Telegram, WhatsApp and VK in one app

5 steps to bring the services you need into a single window — your whole day in one window, on Windows, macOS or Linux.

· Reading time: ~4 min

Step-by-step guide

  1. Download Centrio. The installer is available for Windows, macOS and Linux. Check the file size and system requirements on the current download page.
  2. Add the services you need. On first launch, pick Telegram, WhatsApp, VK and anything else from the list of 100+ supported services — each one opens as its own tab with its own session.
  3. Sign in to each account as usual. Telegram via QR code or phone number, WhatsApp Web by scanning the QR code with your phone, VK with your login and password. Sessions are saved locally, so you won't need to sign in again.
  4. Organize services into folders. Group personal and work chats into separate folders — for example "Work" (Slack, work Telegram) and "Personal" (WhatsApp, VK, family Telegram).
  5. Set up notifications and shortcuts. Each service's settings let you turn sound and pop-up alerts on or off, and you can set keyboard shortcuts for quickly switching between tabs.

Useful tips

Multiple accounts of the same messenger: you can add Telegram twice — for a personal and a work account — and they'll run independently, each with its own notifications.

Trouble signing in to WhatsApp Web: if the QR code won't scan, refresh the WhatsApp tab inside Centrio and make sure your phone is running the latest version of the app.

A service is unstable: if a service (Discord, for example) keeps dropping connection from your region, turn on Centrio's built-in VPN in settings — there's nothing separate to install.
